Anna Paquin Hints at On-Screen Split

In a recent interview with the UK’s Daily Mirror, Anna Paquin hinted that Sookie will split with Bill:

“There’s got to be some conflict there, otherwise it’s not so entertaining.”

Hot on the heels of the tantalizing new Season Three ad, aired last night during the CW’s Vampire Dairies, which shows Sookie with men other than Bill, this confirmation is no surprise to True Blood fans. The various “Teams” are already giddy with excitement or growling in dismay over our favorite telepathic waitress’s on-going lessons in love.

Anna Paquin added that her parents are proud of her work on the show: “Their taste in material is always about its quality, not how provocative it is. They’ve always been focused on the integrity of the people I was working with.”
